The content of this Site is owned by or licensed to Endura Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of Endura Ltd. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
Endura may suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this Site.
4. Limitation of liability
This Site should only be used for information purposes. Endura shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given in this site except as stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. Endura is not responsible for the Site's accuracy or its fitness for a particular purpose or the reliability of the access to this Site.
Endura is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use this Site. Endura does not guarantee that this Site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Endura or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.
5. Content and advertisements
This Site also contains links to other sites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Endura. These links are provided for your convenience only and Endura is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
6. Data protection and privacy
Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
7. Pricing
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude delivery charges which are payable by you where applicable
8. Ordering and Delivery
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time Endura are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Endura will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Many of the products available to purchase on our site relate to events and are made available to order in advance of the event. Delivery dates and options are clearly stated on the event page.
The option to collect your order at the event will be available in certain cases. To collect goods at the event you should bring your confirmation email and some form of ID e.g. driving licence or passport, to the Endura stand where you will receive your products.
9. Cancellation
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge so long as you do so within 14 working days of receipt of goods.

You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Goods may be on their way to you. We will cancel any such order without charging you, with the exception that we reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary.
In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days.
10. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please call our customer services department on 01506497749 or e-mail us on customer.services@endura.co.uk
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Warranties
We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification.
12. Changes to the terms
Endura reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. Endura may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Endura has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.
13. General
E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.
To the extent that any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed not to be a part of these terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these terms, nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
These terms supercede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.
14. Statutory rights
The consumer's contract with Endura does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
